Practical questions

How does the engagement work?

The engagement adapts to your needs: a one-off assignment on a specific deliverable, hands-on support on a live transaction, or ongoing support over several months. I plug directly into your existing teams and processes, either under my own name or on a white-label basis.

What types of organisations do you work with?

I work with investment banks, M&A boutiques, investment funds, growth companies and startups. My experience within leading institutions allows me to adapt to the standards of each type of organisation.

How do you manage conflicts of interest?

Conflict checks before any engagement; I never act for two opposing or competing parties on the same transaction; each client’s information is strictly ring-fenced. Sector exclusivity can be agreed contractually.

Who owns the deliverables?

Deliverables and their source files (PowerPoint, Excel) are handed over to the client and become their property; no content produced for one client is ever reused for another.

Who actually does the work?

I personally carry out all the work; no subcontracting without prior written agreement. Every assignment starts on an agreed timetable, with regular progress updates.
